Alissa White-Gluz
Alissa White-Gluz was the former lead singer of the metalcore group The Agonist, and the currently the lead singer of Swedish melodic death metal group Arch Enemy. Alissa White-Gluz (born July 31, 1985) is an Canadian artist, most well-known as the lead vocalist of the Swedish melody-based death metal band Arch Enemy, and former lead vocalist and founding member of The Agonist, a Canadian metalcore band the Agonist. Both growling vocals and singing (clean vocals) is a characteristic of her style of singing. Although she's most commonly known for her melodic and contemporary metalcore, as well as metalcore, she has also worked as a vocalist with deathcore, power metal as well as symphonic and symphonic groups. The bands include Kamelot as well as Delain. White-Gluz sang with the Agonist, formerly known as "Tempest" and was based in Montreal (Quebec), Canada during 2004-2014. White-Gluz released three albums during her time as vocalist for The Agonist. The group disbanded in the spring of 2014, when she was offered the chance to become the singer of Arch Enemy.
